Here at Brasserie 292, we have ample space to hold your special function. Whether it's just a birthday gathering or a corporate blowout, we can accommodate all your needs. Our private party room, which runs parallel to to our main dining room, is the perfect place. We also offer off-premise catering for small intimate or large community events and weddings

Brasserie 292 combines the old-world charm of Poughkeepsie's historic Main Street district with a timeless, classic Brasserie fare. Diners can choose from a menu that boasts an impressive range of selections, from our Raw Bar to the Plat Du Jour, and includes a diverse wine and beer list. Once a popular garment destination, our inviting dining room has been transformed into a spacious haven that can accommodate over 80 people. We have a simple philosophy at Brasserie 292: use fine, local ingredients coupled with traditional cookery to create an incomparable and exceptional dining experience.

A veteran of three decades in the Hospitality industry, Charles Fells combines a no nonsense approach to culinary ingenuity. The result is Main Street Hospitality owned and operated with his wife, Megan Kulpa Fells. Charles Fells plays a key role in all aspects of the management of his flagship restaurant; this includes menu development, ordering, accounting, staffing and nightly service operations. His multifaceted industry knowledge, unique rapport with clientele, and meticulous attention to product quality mark his career and his successful ventures.
